Connie Frances Kilgore Tucker, 61, of Norman Park, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and bird watching in her gardens. Mrs. Connie was a service advisor at Cass Burch and was of the Baptist church. While at UMPI, Connie organized the first Writer's Conference in 1981, and developed many lifelong friendships and connections as both a student and an adjunct professor of art.
